About Steve Grzesiak:

I felt Steve was honest when he suggested to continue the current job until last day as it’s pay is significantly more than the position we are considering. He didn’t rush me to start the new job immediately as pay is not competitive. May be if pay rate is competitive, he would have suggested to start the new job immediately. He suggested what’s good for me and I liked it.
