I've spoken to 3-4 recruiters in the past 18 months. Nick was the only one who kept in touch. I was a good fit for a previous position, and no more than 4-6 weeks later he followed up with a new position. He was the only one of the four recruiters that I've talked to who stayed in touch, but he even followed up in a very short time with another great fit!
