• Around 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a good understanding of Business Requirement gathering, Business Analysis, and Business Process Modeling.
• Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall Methodologies.
• Good Knowledge of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Proficient in troubleshooting and performance tuning of reports and resolving issues within Tableau Server.
• Well-versed in project management tools like MS Project for project planning, Project scheduling.
• Proficiency in conducting Cost/benefit analysis, Impact analysis, GAP analysis, Risk analysis, and SWOT analysis.
• Good experience in documentation using MS - Office Tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for requirements gathering, and analysis.
• Understanding of Familiarity with analytic packages such as Google Analytics to usage.
• Good knowledge of Crete defect tracking using HP Quality Center, and Jira and review them in subsequent iterations of the application development process.
