Our direct client, a well-established leader and fast-growing company in a thriving industry, seeks an experienced Senior CRM Marketing Data Analyst to join their growing team. This is a key role:
- Serving as the subject matter expert for customer data and database insights for the company - Responsible for using data-driven insights to achieve measurable marketing results. -Supports the planning of all aspects of our cross-channel marketing campaigns with a specific focus on database segmentation and analysis to support retention and new customer acquisition - Provides reporting and actionable insights to improve marketing campaign performance and customer journey touches through KPI setting/tracking, A/B testing, journey building, and ongoing optimization of segmentation strategies. - Is accountable for helping better understand our customers and key performance metrics in order to deliver more effective, personalized communications and drive growth. Note this position is Hybrid, requires 1-3 days a week onsite working with the team at headquarters in the Norwalk CT office.
