Our direct client, a fast-growing FinTech firm, is looking to hire a Vice President to join the Master Data Management team. This person will be responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining master data. This candidate will need to work with Data Governance, business and technical teams to ensure data integrity by coordinating data management efforts across the organization.   

This role will require someone who can clearly communicate to various teams and the ideal candidate will be interested in analyzing data and working with necessary teams to track and monitor data quality initiatives.  

This position can be based in midtown Manhattan, 3 days per week onsite is expected.  Client offers a very attractive compensation and benefits package, salary ($145-180K, DOE), bonus and stock options.  

Responsibilities 

  • Support our company’s onboarding process to ensure high quality standards are met and maintained. 
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of the data on the system are maintained. 
  • Execute quality assurance reviews.
  • Work on special projects as requested.

 Qualifications 

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An extreme level of attention to detail.
  • Able to recognize, document, and communicate at various levels 
  • Operate in a team environment and have regular interactions with Business, Operations, and Product.  
  • Self-discipline, motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiar with Form ADV, Broker Check and IAPD.
  • 6+ years of experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of alternative investments product is preferred.  
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office software is preferred.
