About Atlas MedStaff

We think your recruiter and your travel healthcare agency should care about you. Our team has lots of crazy ideas like that. Like co-founders who are transparent, a tight-knit community for our travelers, creating content that tells *your* story, and helping you find adventure.

Every Atlas traveler gets an Atlas Adventure™, an adventure that is uniquely *you*. Skiing, mountain climbing, skydiving, or even just a weekend at a spa or tickets to a concert you can’t wait for.

We have been ranked #1 by BluePipes as the best travel healthcare agency. And received the distinction of being the highest-rated travel healthcare staffing agency by Great Recruiters. Both of those recognitions are fueled by real reviews by real travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals that work with our team.

Atlas has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the country by INC; the fastest-growing staffing company in the country, and the fastest-growing healthcare staffing company in the country by Staffing Industry Analysts; and we recently received the AMN Perfect Partner Award. Many of these recognitions we have won multiple times.

Awards are great, but it's our travelers — our people — that we are most proud of. And every Atlas traveler is part of our team. You may not be in the office (heck, we’re not either since a lot of our team has been working remote since the pandemic), but you are part of the Atlas Community.

If you don’t have this kind of relationship with your current recruiter and travel nurse agency, maybe it’s time you try one that’s a little bit different.

We’re here for you.

About Jamie Graham:

Jamie knows she’s great. I only work with her. She puts up with me working nights and my wonky response times. When I have the really bad days at work, we all know what those are, she is always willing to be supportive. She is the experienced and reliable that you always want, not the new and might break or quit and leave you alone without a lifeline. Have recommended to many. Good for first time travelers to. She’s like a work spouse and always on your side and your biggest cheerleader. Cheers Jamie!

As always Erica never fails to support professional needs and guides me through my personal ones so I can adjust to the ebs and flows of travel. She is absolutely amazing.

About Sarah Campbell:

Sarah is a great recruiter! She takes the time to get to know you. I have known sarah for four years … it’s like having a friend finding you a job. Sarah goes the extra mile for her clients. You can always count on her… she’ll text during your first week at a new assignment to make sure things are going good and check back during the entire placement. I can’t say enough great things about sarah!

About Connor Velvin:

Connor really listened and would remember what I was looking for out of a travel experience. He was encouraging and provided helpful information. It took a couple of weeks but I really have to compliment Connor on his stick-to-itiveness. I got an assignment that is a great fit for my experience, skills and knowledge.

About Taylor Monahan:

I can't say enough good things about Taylor. A recruiter that truly understands what's essential for travelers. She always go above and beyond any time I need help. I'll share with you just one of the times she has got me through. There I was, In Yosemite national park. Exploring the trails, little was I to know what would happen next. A pack a of wild squirrels approaches me, but there was something wrong with them. My brain flashes quickly to the sign I saw earlier. "Do not mess with squirrels or chipmunks as they may be carrying the bubonic plague". They start to run at me, I flee in fear but they're on my tail. I reached for my phone to call for help.....no signal. Damn Yosemite. I'm about to give up but then I hear the wind whistle. Taylor appears out of no where. She came from the trees. She punts the first squirrel that approached her. Pretty sure he went over the mountain. She pulls out Nunchucks and absolutely demolished the next three that approached. The rest run in fear. "Th-thanks" I say to Taylor. She follows with "Have your time card by 12 on Sunday". I looks down in shame. The wind blows. I look up. Shes gone.
