Decided to become a recruiter to provide travel nurses with the same experience I had! Currently full time recruiter and part time Family Nurse Practitioner, and have been a nurse over 11 years. I traveled with the company for 3 years. I love meeting new people, and swapping nursing stories with colleagues. I am a Mom of 3 daughters ages 5, 3 and 11 months!

Why I love to recruit
I love to share my knowledge of travel nursing with new or current travelers. Having travel nurse experience makes a difference as a recruiter. I have lived it.

When I'm not working I like to
Spend time with my 3 kids, traveling to new places, axe throwing, snowboarding, hiking, surfing, back yard drinking games. I like to mini golf and applied to be on the game show Holey Moley. Got a production interview, and that is as far as that went. I will be on a game show someday it's a bucket list item for sure!

Allison is very patient and attentive to my concerns and questions. I have done a local contract and am doing a travel contract in Tennessee with my first extension and she is always checking in to see that I have no needs.
