About Michael Von Dollen:

Michael spends time getting to know the nurse so he can help them find the right fitting assignment. He asks appropriate questions regarding the work we do so he can better understand the job and what we need to do it. His interest, concern and support for the traveling nurse is genuine. I trust him and feel he is invaluable to me, the company and the industry as a whole. I have provided his contact information to other travelers/potential travelers.

I really enjoy working with Mike! He is easy to get along with. He gets back to you in a timely manner and he listens to your needs and wants! I got lucky having him as my recruiter! I like that he is not pushy about anything. He allows space to think about things and feel it out. I respect that.
