I have been extremely happy while working with Marquita. I am excited for my next contract. She is very thoughtful and communicates well. I went into traveling with a full time job and she made the process as easy as it can be. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me get started in traveling!
Marquita is literally the best. I was nervous and unsure about navigating a travel assignment and she has made this such an easy experience. She has answered my calls and texts and emails at all hours. She frequently checks on my well being and asks about my family and how we’re all doing with me being away traveling. There has not been a single question that has gone unanswered. If the job doesn’t come with Marquita, I don’t want it!

Marquita, from day one has fulfilled this definition of a recruiter's duties. I had been looking for a recruiter for some time, no one would get back with me after showing interest in a position except for the automated response saying I'll be in touch within two days! Full well knowing the job would be taken within minutes let alone two days.
When Marquita, jumped on board she landed with her two feet planted solid and ready to work. She was in contact with me frequently keeping me up to date with what was happening. I then received THE phone call that I had my first assignment! She was just as excited as I was, screaming and laughing however, I had to subdue myself since I was in the middle of Kohl's. I knew this recruiter was here for me!

Marquita, has not only proven to me that she is a top notch recruiter and loves and believes in the company that she works for, but now she is a friend.
She is someone who cares, shows support, listens, encourages, is trustworthy, a confidant, and someone who loves unconditionally and without judgement. She genuinely is in this for the betterment of the traveler.
I was on my assignment for less than 2 weeks when I fell and injured my shoulder. The care and concern she showed me during this time made me feel so special. I was blessed with an awesome host family that took really good care of me, Marquita was so thankful for them helping me that she sent them a thank you card thanking them for taking care of me.
So as you can see she is in this job because she loves and cares and wants her travelers to succeed so she can be just as happy as they are.
She gets my 10/10!
Listened and did her best to find us a job within our requests. Might just want to learn more about scrub techs and their jobs in the OR a bit more to understand better.
