Worked with the same company since 16 year old apprentice, and interview techniques have changed so much since then. New to using recruitment agencies and I received much more information than expected. Dan prepared a step by step process to follow that covered everything I needed to know. The interview more or less followed this format. If I had not had this heads up I would not have made it through the interview confidently. I highly recommend Dan and would certainly use him again. On a lighter note, If Carlsberg did recruitment agencies, Astute would probably be the best in the world! Tony.

Communication was very good, which was a refreshing change compared to virtually all other recruiters with whom I've collaborated. Preparation for interviews, provision of company background info, coaching prior to interviews, and feedback afterwards is all timely and objective. I had a tricky situation as was only three weeks from starting new role and needed the new company to act quickly, without them thinking it was just gamesmanship. Dan understood this and communicated to the client extremely well resulting in the whole process proceeding fast-track to conclusion. Best experience so far in recruitment.
