About Tim Norford:

Tim was extremely helpful through all stages of the job application process and he provided some very detailed pre interview information to assist and prepare me for the face to face interview. Unfortunately, at the interview stage due to a change of circumstances, I had to withdraw my application, where Tim was very understanding, polite and very prompt with actioning my request. I will hope to work with Tim again in the future.

About Tim Norford:

I have encountered a number of recruiters in my first search for a new role and company in ten years. I was very unimpressed by how this aspect of job finding seemed to have changed for the worse. I was so glad to have Sophie and Tim represent this role as I always felt they wanted me to win. I always felt they were on my side and I always felt they genuinely cared. That is what a recruiter should be, to my mind. I am so grateful for them finding me the right job at the right time.
