From initial contact Megan was brilliant and very understanding of my personal circumstances and was able to be very flexible with contact. She was incredibly efficient with communicating the stages of initial interest and providing feedback after presenting me as a potential candidate. This was also the case once her client selected me for interview. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and seemed to know the company intimately, enough experiance to answer my probing questions. The speed of the process was also very impressive but at no stage did I feel overwhelmed or pressured. I am writing this having completed the interview and awaiting feedback. A great experience regardless of the outcome.
