Astute's Power Team are currently recruiting for a Synergi Life Support Specialist to support a major safety, health and environmental programme based in Dublin, Ireland.
The day rate for the Synergi Life Support position is competitive, with the role offered on a 9-month contract. The role has been deemed INSIDE IR35/EOR status.
Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:
- Support the Product Owner in managing and progressing the Synergi Life delivery backlog.
- Analyse system usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and user engagement.
- Develop governance guidance, communications and supporting documentation for business users.
- Re-engage and strengthen the Synergi Life Champion Network across the organisation.
- Review, develop and enhance training and learning materials across key Synergi Life processes.
- Create practical user resources including training videos, guides and quick-reference materials.
- Coordinate delivery activities and stakeholder engagement across Group Safety and wider business units.
- Support system upgrades, governance activities, reporting and ongoing change and adoption initiatives.
