Astute’s Power team is partnering with a city-scale, low-carbon heat networks operating across the UK to recruit a Site Manager on a 9-month contract for its Bradford location.
The Site Manager comes with a rate of between £350-£400 per day.
Key skills
- Lead and oversee the commissioning of the Energy Centre, District Heating Network, and Energy Transfer Stations (PHX Skids)
- Review and assure all commissioning documentation
- Monitor and witness commissioning activities on site
- Coordinate and assess the commissioning of gas boilers, air source heat pumps, thermal storage, distribution pipework, pumps, heat exchangers, metering, control systems, and BMS integration to ensure performance meets project specifications.
- Manage commissioning defects and system readiness by maintaining observations registers, monitoring corrective actions, supporting integrated systems testing, and ensuring all outstanding issues are resolved prior to handover.
