My role is centered on the core aspects of the Talent Acquisition pipeline, specifically within Wind Energy (Onshore/Offshore), Solar Power, and emerging Sustainable Technology markets. Key responsibilities include:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing advanced search techniques to identify and engage high-calibre professionals in technical and engineering disciplines.
Market Mapping: Developing an in-depth understanding of the renewables talent pool across the UK and Europe to provide strategic insights.
