Honestly he has just been absolutely great from the day he got back to me when I applied till now now! About Tim Norford:

Tim is good and professional providing feedback and ready to answer all questions. Two notes: Personally I would not ask candidates direct feedback on a person, someone may in purpose give bad reviews. In any case I wish all recruitment agencies had a professional attitude as I saw in Astute. (majority of agency are ghosting regularly, promise a lot and never be heard of again).
