Astute’s Power team are looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor on a contract basis to start immediately on paper mill project based in Kings Lynn.
Key skills
Oversee electrical installation activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
Coordinate cable duct and containment installation, cable pulling, glanding and cable termination activities.
Ensure electrical works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, cable schedules and technical documentation.
Plan daily activities, allocate manpower and coordinate resources to ensure project deadlines are achieved.
Liaise closely with other trades to coordinate works and resolve any site issues.
Monitor the quality of electrical installations and ensure all works meet the required standards and specifications.
Carry out regular site inspections and ensure any defects, incomplete works or installation issues are identified and addressed.
Candidates must have previous experience working within a paper mill.
Candidates must hold own hand tools and training in fall protection PPE
