About the role:
Astute’s Nuclear team are working with a leading client in the industry to recruit both an Electrical Engineer to work from their offices in Bristol.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a leading role in the design and implementation of a number of communication services being installed on Hinkley Point C.
Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will:

Engineering the communications systems for HPC

Responsible for the end to end design
-
Oversee the installation on site working with the various subcontractors

Keeping the project within H&S regulations and that it is running in line with clients’ needs

To manage the project Budget alongside the Commercial team and ensure the project runs to budget

Stakeholder management - including Senior Management and the Client
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:

Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering

Strong stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
-
Nuclear background
