Principal Safety Case Engineer Location: Reading / Basingstoke area

Salary: £58,500 - £92,000 per annum

We are seeking experienced Principal Nuclear Safety Analysts to lead and support high-profile nuclear safety projects, working on ground breaking innovation and technical challenges. This role involves overseeing new facility construction, extending the life of current operations, and decommissioning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of safety assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and deliver complex safety documentation for new and existing projects.
  • Collaborate with process owners to maintain modern standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior safety analysts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in science or engineering or relevant practical experience (HND or equivalent).
  • Experience in nuclear safety assessments.
  • Professional membership in a relevant chartered body (desirable).
