My experience with Kieran shows that he is proactive. I sent my CV over, he asked questions and was able to make use of the responses that I gave to him, with the information he has gathered I can see Kieran has gone back to the employer to draw out the key requirements . He was able to provide me with information of his experiences with the client and it helped me to provide him with useful feedback.It is noticeable that Kieran has passion and drive in his role as recruiter. With regards my potential employer I can see that Kieran has reviewed the company's needs, to work out how to promote the his candidate. To be honest if this level of interaction is maintained; trusted dialogue between himself and the employer, and contract staff, Kieran will be able to find ways of matching the staff to the company very well.
