Astute’s Renewable team is partnering with a leading company within EV charging to recruit an Approved Electrician covering the South East.

Responsibilities and duties 

  Reporting to the Operations Director you will:   

• Carry out EV charging installations across varying manufacturers, ensuring you follow the correct electrical designs, guides and instructions.  

• Provide project and installation updates to the supervisors.  

• Ensure site RAMS are adhered to.  

• Complete NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates.  

• Ensure all project handover paperwork is completed for QS/PM. 

 

 

 

Professional qualifications 

 

We are looking for someone with the following: 

 

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification  

• Gold card and JIB certified  

• Industrial or Commerical experience  

 

 

 

Personal skills 

 

The Approved Electrician role would suit someone who is: 

 

• Computer literate. 

• Self-motivated. 

• Team player  

• Excellent communication skills
