Senior Asset Manager – Rooftop Solar Projects

Introduction
Astute are working with a global power & investment company and are supporting their Solar division, based in Amsterdam. We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager, ideally with Rooftop Solar experience to oversee the development, operations & maintenance of it’s solar PV portfolio across Holland.
This role will be primarily based out of their office in Amsterdam and would require infrequent travel to sites.
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Rooftop PV portfolio contract management
- Asset optimisation & performance
- Monitoring contractor performance against agreed service level agreements
- Review and deliver O&M strategies focusing on reducing downtime
- Engage with key stakeholders relating to performance, commercial and construction issues
- Support the O&M team with fault identification and rectification
- Oversee EPC projects & support the business with commercial bids / tenders
- Budget management
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Ideally degree qualified with an Engineering degree or equivalent working experience
- Experience with asset management / operations / maintenance of Solar PV
- At least 5 – 8 years of experience in similar Solar PV projects
- Experience in managing budgets, overseeing strategies and stakeholder engagement
- Valid Dutch licence
- Fluent Dutch speaker
