Astute’s Renewables team is partnering with a Renewables Project Developer to recruit a Solar Business Development Manager for its St Helens office.

Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Origination Manager, you will:

Utilise leads and landowner/business owner engagement to identify viable project sites.

Work alongside the Land Team to assess potential sites.

Provide high-level commercial markers for Landowners and Businesses.

Work with internal stakeholders on projects requiring special consents

Work with the Introducers Network and qualify leads working with the Origination and Commercial managers.

Present to clients and introduce them to the Approved Contractors Framework.
Professional qualifications:

Relevant degree level qualification

Strong Sales background

Previous experience in the Solar Industry
