The experience was very good it just flowed perfectly events happened in the time frame and just has Richard had described. My past experiences with employment agencies have been disappointing and that is one of the reasons I would not use them to hire for my business however Richard has demonstrated there are professional people working within the industry and Astute would now definitely be an option for me if and when I need to hire good job well done and thank you.

Richard is highly motivated and very informative, having dealt with many agents in my career Richard is like "A breath of fresh air" he had actually read my CV back to front and was fully aware of my experience and how good a fit i would be for the role he was proposing, he is very clear and concise and fully puts you in the picture about the potential interview process and all it entails, he provided a very comprehensive e mail for my interview which covered every eventuality. I have an interview today so cannot add any more info currently but regardless of the outcome i would hope Richard will handle my next application should there be one.
