I’m an experienced recruiter with an honest, straightforward approach. With 10 years’ experience working across renewables, water and wastewater, and the power industries, I’ve built strong, long-lasting professional relationships rooted in trust and delivery.

Specialising in recruiting candidates at all levels from junior graduates through to director-level focusing on civil and electrical roles. I treat both clients and candidates as individuals and believe that open, frank dialogue from all parties is essential to achieving the best outcomes.

Over the last decade, I’ve supported recruitment across energy and environmental sectors, with a particular emphasis on solar farms and battery energy storage systems. My approach is collaborative, transparent and client/candidate centred always prioritizing long-term fit over short-term placements.

I love recruiting because I get to work closely with both clients and candidates, building relationships and helping them find perfect matches. It’s an environment that’s fast paced and dynamic, every day brings new challenges, tasks and opportunities to use my communication and problem-solving skills. Most of all, I’m passionate about working in renewables: it’s a growing, exciting sector where and being part of that momentum and contributing to meaningful change is incredibly motivating

When I'm not working I like to
I have a lovely wife, and 1 daughter (who has a better social life than me) so rarely have any spare time but when I do I enjoy watching films, playing my PS5 and am a big Portsmouth FC fan
