Astute’s Renewables team is partnering with a leading renewable energy company, a market leader in solar operations, to recruit a Recruitment Specialist to support the growth of the team. This Recruitment Specialist role comes with a salary of up to £45k plus company benefits.   • Act as the main contact for recruitment agencies, providing accurate role briefs and managing performance.
  • Screen CVs/applications and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
  • Support hiring managers with interview preparation and timely feedback.
  • Draft and issue offer letters/contracts and manage compliance checks (right-to-work, screening, records).
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and HR administration records.
  • Support onboarding to ensure seamless new hire integration.
  • Build and maintain a light candidate pipeline and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage LinkedIn searches, share market insights, and provide workforce planning support.
    Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:  
  • Experienced in recruitment coordination for solar and renewable energy roles, managing multiple positions and supporting hiring managers.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, compliance knowledge, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Excellent communicator, confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in technical/engineering recruitment within the renewable sector.
  • Proficient with recruitment agencies, ATS platforms, and employer branding/social recruitment initiatives.
