Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the HR Manager you will:

Act as the main contact for recruitment agencies, providing accurate role briefs and managing performance.

Screen CVs/applications and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.

Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications.

Ensure a smooth, professional recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Support hiring managers with interview preparation and timely feedback.

Draft and issue offer letters/contracts and manage compliance checks (right-to-work, screening, records).

Maintain accurate recruitment and HR administration records.

Support onboarding to ensure seamless new hire integration.

Build and maintain a light candidate pipeline and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Manage LinkedIn searches, share market insights, and provide workforce planning support.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

Experienced in recruitment coordination for solar and renewable energy roles, managing multiple positions and supporting hiring managers.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail, compliance knowledge, and accurate record-keeping.

Excellent communicator, confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

Skilled in technical/engineering recruitment within the renewable sector.

Proficient with recruitment agencies, ATS platforms, and employer branding/social recruitment initiatives.
