We are now recruiting for a Regional Field Service Team Lead, a key leadership role focused on effective team coordination, performance management, and driving operational excellence across the field service team.
This role offers a salary of up to £45,000, along with a company vehicle and fuel card, and the opportunity to work within a supportive, expert-led environment focused on delivering high-quality service to large-scale solar assets.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Reporting to the Senior Management team, you will:

Plan and allocate team resources effectively to meet operational goals.

Review and analyse historic work orders to identify trends and improve performance.

Monitor team KPIs and deliver regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Support quotation preparation and review of technical procedures and equipment.

Act as the key interface between Project Managers and on-site field teams.

Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to engineers and technicians.
-
Deliver updates on policy or procedural changes clearly and consistently.

Lead regular team meetings, 1-to-1 reviews, and performance appraisals.

Source and assess local contractors to support peak workloads or special projects.

Manage van stock and tooling levels to ensure field team efficiency.

Support with O&M duties as required.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Certification or equivalent.

At least five years’ experience in industrial electrical installation and maintenance.

Previous Solar PV maintenance experience is essential.

Strong knowledge of DC electrical systems, high-voltage equipment, and occupational health & safety regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office and Fiix or CMMS platforms would be an advantage.

Full, clean UK driving licence.
