Regional Site Manager - Cambridgeshire

Responsibilities and duties As a Regional Site Manager you will:
  • Ensure that all team members have appropriate PPE and adhere to site rules in line with the Operational Management Plan.
  • Make sure full compliance with regulations, legislation, and company protocols.
  • Conduct monthly site evaluations, as well as ad-hoc inspections, to ensure workplace compliance and prepare reports in line with KPIs.
  • Develop annual operational plans and manage the schedule of activities for optimal site efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and professional submission of all reports
  • Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Support quoting processes for field work in collaboration with the Wind and Finance departments.
Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:
  • 3 years of experience in a technical or supervisory role
  • Previous wind farm background
  • Full UK driving license
