The BIM Modeller role comes with a annual salary of between £50,000 to £55,000. Responsibilities and duties of the BIM Modeller role: • Use BIM software to develop and maintain detailed 3D models • Ensure model compliance with industry standards and project requirements. • Execute clash detection and discuss and resolve issues in the design. • Collaborate with AEC professionals and stakeholders and participate in project meetings to ensure coordinated and accurate designs. • Update and revise models based upon feedback and project changes. • Perform model quality checks to ensure they are accurate and complete.   We are looking for someone with the following: • Degree or certification in related discipline (civil engineering, architecture, BIM, etc.) • Knowledge of BIM software Salary and details of the BIM Modeller role: • £50,000 to £55,000 per year • Starting February/March 2026 • North London   • Further benefit details can be provided
