Astute’s Power team are looking to recruit multiple Insulator Cladders on a 5-month minimum contract with August 2025 starts on an Energy from Waste project in Kent.
Key skills required for the Insulator Cladders

Install thermal and acoustic insulation on pipework, ducting, and vessels to specification

Measure, cut, and apply insulation materials

Fabricate and fit sheet metal cladding

Use abrasive wheels and power tools safely to cut and shape cladding materials
-
Work at height using appropriate access equipment in accordance with safety standards
-
Adhere strictly to health & safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
-
Collaborate with site teams to meet deadlines and maintain project efficiency

Ensure all work complies with industry standards and site specifications
-
Must hold a valid CSCS Card, Abrasive Wheels and Working at Heights certs.
