Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading principal contractor in the water treatment sector who are looking to recruit a 2D/3D BIM Modeller on a 12-month minimum contract for its London site.
The BIM Modeller role comes with a competitive day rate.
Key skills required for the BIM Modeller

Create models aligned with the BIM Execution Plan and information requirements.

Enters data into the elements of the model, complying with the requirements established for this purpose by the Information Manager.

Participates in coordination meetings.

Demonstrates knowledge of BIM processes (3D, 4D…).

Demonstrates knowledge in the use of authoring BIM software.

Familiar with the Common Data Environment (CDE) organization.

Issues BIM design models in form and time.

Generate the resources needed for modelling, such as families, schedules with the supervision and under the guidelines of the BIM Manager.

Coordinates its modelling with other disciplines for the detection and correction of interferences with the support of the BIM Manager and the head of the technical office.

Must hold experience ideally in the Water Treatment Sector or similar.

Must hold Revit / Navisworks experience
