Callus seems very positive and has worked hard to put me forward to the client.
He lacked knowledge of the project but did try to find info on it for me.
Callum provided the position information required in a timely manner and also provided background information about the project, giving advice on the near term future of the project as well.
Callum has kept me up to date in a timely manner.
His question were straight to the point and relevant to the job.
However (this is not a critacism but more a point to be considered for future)
Seemed to be under pressure to get the interview done as quickly as possible and reeled of the questions quick fire, I never thought he was going to come up for air.
Suggestion: slow down and give the applicant more time to give you the whole answer not just pick up the points that are on the companies questionaire in this way you will have a better understanding and be able to present a much more and comprehensive and detailed cover letter to the company in question.
1: It shows that you have a full understanding of the companies needs.
2: Shows the company you have gone over and above your remit to screen the applicant and taken the time and effort to show the applicant has even more attributes that he/she can offer.
I do hope this is of value to you.
Again i'll say this is not a critacism.
All in all I think the service has been great and will pass on details to colleagues.
