Site Quality Engineer - Electrical for their sites nation wide.
The
strategically important Site Quality Engineer - Electrical role comes with a salary of up to
£45k, bonus, pension, full health care, mobile, PC, PPE and remote working.

Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Head of Project Management and Head of Quality you will:

Quality management (on-site) of utility scale Solar PV and Battery Storage projects.

Coordinating with project management team, checking installation works against quality and contractual requirements.

On site HSQE checks, ensuring highest standards are maintained in compliance with UK HSE and CDM regulations.

Site quality checks - timely completion, inspections, tests etc.

Quality plan and implementation for all projects.

Day to day management of subcontractors with regards to quality control.

Preparation of site quality documentation for project handover and O&M or safety.

Identify and escalate any NCR’s or risks to budget, programme, or quality to Project Management team
.

Reporting weekly to Project Quality Manager.
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:
-
Electrical engineering qualification or training.
-
Experience with Solar PV and or Battery Storage within the UK.
-
SMSTS qualification a plus.
-
First Aid trained a plus.
-
Good knowledge and experience of quality management.
Personal skills:
The Site Quality Engineer - Electrical role would suit someone who is:

Ability to work away and travel to site nationwide.

Clean UK Drivers Licence.
