Astute are proudly partnered with the UK’s no.1 specialist of Water Treatment and Water Hygiene and have been tasked with finding an outstanding Salesperson to undertake the role of Regional Sales Manager for the London area.
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- The general day to day management of a team of Business Development Managers across the London region
- Overseeing team meetings on a monthly basis to focus on performance, pipelines and activity
- Staying in touch with team members on a regular basis and undertaking 1-2-1s in order to identify successes, progress, issues and areas for improvement
- Utilising the company’s CRM system
- Involvement in PQQ and tender opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Sales experience within the Water Treatment industry (or similar, transferrable industry)
- Experience of managing a team of salespeople
- Strong financial knowledge and understanding
- Strong understanding and knowledge of KPIs, budgets, forecasting etc.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of salespeople remotely
