Roles & Responsibilities
As BMS Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Provide an exceptional level of commitment and professionalism in delivering value enhancing BMS PPM activities across the portfolio of FM clients
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and remedial works that will improve the performance of the BMS and benefit both our clients and the business’s site teams. Deliver the associated works with support of the BMS design and project management teams.
- Have the opportunity to design and configure controller strategies / schematics for Trend, Tridium and Distech equipment.
- Use initiative to proactively adopt tasks and work alongside the project teams, energy managers and sub-contractors to efficiently deliver improvement works.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Have knowledge and experience equal to the Trend Expert competency level and have the ability to confidently modify software and schematics for 963 & IQVision.
- You will be confident in the use of SET and or an alternative Software Engineering Tool.
- Have a strong knowledge of two BMS solutions with the ability to design / modify software and schematics.
- Be experienced in integrating solutions / systems through a number of different protocols including Modbus, MBus, Bacnet.
- Ideally have a good knowledge of IT networks and IP Configuration
