Main areas of responsibility: Onsite Technical support to the office, engineers and clients • Completing Technical works on site when required • Fault finding issues on site which Service Engineers have been unable to identify/rectify • Training and development of Engineers where required/identified • Monitoring of our CHP fleet using Web Supervisor, Inteli Monitor, Lite Edit, TEM, TPEM • Onsite support to engineers with fault finding, Overhauls, Mechanical & Electrical faults • Onsite operational meetings with clients • Liaising with office based Technical Team for product developments and process improvements • OOH Technical support for clients and Engineers (joining our OOH management team) • Site Surveys to support Service Sales • Site Audit Visits • Site Surveys for remedial works and projects • Deliver and Manage on site/practical training & development to Engineers • Engineer Quality Control • RAMS Management – Ensure engineers are adhering to RAMS • Proactively look at improvements of processes for site works
