Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading sub-contractor in the Energy from Waste sector to recruit a QA QC on 2 months minimum contract for its site in West Midlands with an immediate start.
The Site based QA QC role comes with a day rate of between £300 - £400.
Key skills
Conduct, manage and plan quality inspections.
Champion quality assurance and inspection processes, producing clear and accurate reports covering quality approval, construction progress, non-conformances, defect resolution, and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with the site construction team, clients site-based quality and construction teams to ensure inspections, approvals, and documentation are fully compliant with project based and statutory requirements.
Support, monitor and promote compliance with the company’s and project requirements.
Track Snags/ Damages to show close out applying a golden thread approach.
Investigate quality non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Support the continuous development of quality practices and initiatives with regards to performance improvements.
Essential to have experience in external & internal cladding, roofing and/or façade remediation.
Must hold an CSCS or CCNSG card
Must have experience with client interactions and communication on site.
