Astute’s Power team looking to recruit a Cladding Site Supervisor in the Energy from Waste sector a 12–18-month contract for a site in the West Midlands.
The Cladding Site Supervisor role comes with a day rate of £450.00.
Key skills
Demonstrates leadership and commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and
Quality (HSEQ).
Ensures risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with
regards to HSE requirements and that work is carried out in accordance with
the RAMS.
Manage and implement processes and tools within area of responsibility
Ensure that works within area of responsibility are executed in accordance
with the contract and conform with project time, budget and HSEQ requirements.
Manage reporting site supervision and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
of relevant scope, in the required quality and in a safe working ambient
Take full ownership of Civil operations in the delegated Area / Section
Keep records of all construction activities
Ensure proper look ahead regarding design and other relevant drivers and interface with Contract Manager Civil on commercial issues to ensure proper transparency on site execution matters
Elaborate and if necessary, revises the Civil Specialized Structure Schedules
Hold execution meetings (Kick-off, weekly, monthly internal and external)
Must ideally have a University degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Must have previous experience as Supervisor with either an EPC / Subcontractor Civil company in the Energy from Waste Sector
Must have an SMSTS and CSCS/CCNSG or SCC
