Manage the project document control system, ensuring accurate filing, version control, and distribution of drawings and technical documents.
Handle daily site administration, including sign-ins, inductions, meeting minutes, notices, and general office coordination.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking project data, PPE, deliveries, KPIs, and site resources.
Oversee PPE stock levels, ordering, distribution, and inventory record-keeping.
Support site logistics by coordinating deliveries, maintaining registers, and managing site equipment and consumables.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth onsite operations and compliance with project processes.
