Responsibilities and duties of the Commercial Manager role
Reporting to your Manager, you will:

Manage daily commercial operations

Support Commercial Directors
-
Draft complex subcontract arrangements
-
Lead weekly team meetings
-
Resolve contract and commercial operation related issues
-
Review and report on cost/value data
-
Analyse Sales and Performance data
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
-
Strong experience in the commercial management of construction projects valued over £5 million
-
Degree level qualification in a relevant field (Desirable)
-
In-depth contractual knowledge (expert understanding of JCT, NEC and desirable knowledge of FIDIC)
-
Full UK Driving Licence
-
Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol Test

Eligibility to live and work in the UK
