Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading principal contractor to recruit a M&E Quantity Surveyor on a 6-12 months contract for its site in Essex. The M&E Quantity Surveyor role comes with a day rate of £450.             Key skills  

• Manage contract administration and procurement processes for M&E works.
• Perform regular cost monitoring and reporting throughout project lifecycle.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure best value for the organization.
• Assist in the preparation of final accounts and settlement of contractual claims.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in M&E quantity surveying.
• Utilize building information modelling (BIM) and 3D models to enhance accuracy and efficiency in quantity take-off.
• Experience within the EfW sector or similar industry highly beneficial.
