Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading principal contractor in the Energy from Waste sector to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on a 6 month contract for its Northeast London site. The Quantity Surveyor role comes with a day rate of £500.             Key skills  

• Commercial management of subcontract packages from tender selection to award, management throughout to the settlement of final account.
• Measurement of Civils, Steel Frames and multiple process disciplines.
• Payment Application / Certificates Management.
• Variations/Field Extra Work Order Management (FEWO).
• Claims Management (both Head and Subcontract).
• Must hold experience in Energy from Waste (EFW) or similar industry
• Must hold BSc Hons or MSc in Quantity Surveying and hold an MRICS membership.

• Northeast London
• £500.00 Per Day
• Outside IR35
• 6 Months Minimum
