Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will:

Oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of a 6.8MW steam turbine, biomass boiler, and associated auxiliary plant.

Lead and manage a team of Shift Team Leaders, ensuring operational and availability targets are met.

Implement and maintain best practices in operational safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance.

Monitor plant performance and processes to optimise output and reliability.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

Apprentice-trained craftsperson.

ONC/HNC qualification in an engineering discipline.

Strong understanding of process flow and plant systems.

Proven leadership experience in a similar operational role.
