Site Manager - Renewables

Astute’s Renewable’s team is partnering with a forward thinking and initiative renewable energy company with a commitment to professional development and making the country as green as possible with multiple technologies. We are looking to recruit a Site Manager who is prepared to travel around the whole of the UK. The Renewables Site Manager role comes with a salary of up to £55,000, a competitive pension scheme and various other competitive benefits.   • Coordinate all onsite activities and maintain communication with stakeholders
  • Supervise and coordinate construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance works
  • Conduct Site inspections and risk assessments for safety compliance
  • Maintain site records of progress, inspection and incident reports
Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:  
  • A track record of successfully overseeing construction projects, managing teams, and delivering results
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS)
  • Certification in project management is desirable (PRINCE2 or PMP)
Personal skills The Site Manager role would suit someone who is:  
  • Strong with Leadership
  • Able to travel and be away from home for extended periods
  • Always striving to get results in a timely manner, always ensuring safety
Salary and benefits of the Site Manager role  
  • Up to £55,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday (allowances for working away)
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
