Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager
you will:

Coordinate all onsite activities and maintain communication with stakeholders

Supervise and coordinate construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance works

Conduct Site inspections and risk assessments for safety compliance
-
Maintain site records of progress, inspection and incident reports
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
-
A track record of successfully overseeing construction projects, managing teams, and delivering results

Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
-
Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS)
-
Certification in project management is desirable (PRINCE2 or PMP)

Salary and benefits of the Site Manager role

Up to £55,000 DOE

Monday to Friday (allowances for working away)
