Astute are proudly partnered with a global client who are looking for an Asset Manager to join the business. The client offers operations and maintenance (O&M) services to their clients across the UK and are looking for an Asset Manager to take overall ownership for a portfolio of rooftop solar assets, ensuring successful delivery of the contracted scope of services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, as an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Primary contact for site owners, managing all customer queries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and to the highest standards
- Management of all contracts and agreements associated with the sites, ensuring that all requirements and obligations are met and managing all breaches on behalf of the owners.
- Managing internal and external resources to plan works with production maximisation as the goal, helping to define and manage the annual OPEX budgets
- Primary contact for site owners, managing all customer queries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and to the highest standards
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience in managing the Technical Operations of rooftop solar assets or similar technologies
- Understanding of Solar Technology, solar farms operations, SCADA systems and UK HSE Legislation
- Proven track record with managing contracts, read, understand and enforce contracts effectively
Salary & Package
