Site Supervisor - Steel Structure and Ducting

Astute’s Power team is partnering with a global renewable energy provider to recruit a Site Supervisor for its North London site. The Site Supervisor role comes with a salary of £55,265 DOE, bonus scheme, pension and car allowance.   • Be responsible for the HSE performance of all personnel under their control, and for stopping work where this might be compromised
  • Ensures work is executed in accordance with the contract and adhere with project time and budget.
  • Coordinates all on site consortium partners and sub-contractors
  • Produce change requests (technical, time and costs)
  • Prepare and follows-up deviations and claims
  • Plan and execute the installation testing procedures
  • Delivers Lessons Learned and feedback for current and future projects
  • Keeps the Site Manager informed of all site-related activities
    Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:  
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree (desirable)
  • Site Supervisor Safety Training (SSSTS)
    Personal skills The Site Supervisor role would suit someone who is:
  • Good understanding with previous experience in supervising Steel Structure builds and Ducting
  • Experienced as a supervisor in construction with industrial plants
  • Previous experience with co-ordinating contacts and contractors on site
  • Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
    Salary and benefits of the Site Supervisor role  
  • Salary £47,000 - £55,000 DOE
  • Bonus 8.5%
  • Employer pension contribution 5%
  • Car allowance £6,000
