Introduction…

Astute are proud to be working with a global Wind and Solar O&M company to find an HV Manager to join their senior team. The ideal candidate will have come from an HV engineer or SAP background and have experience managing contracts and P&L accounts.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

As the HV Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The HV operations throughout the business including Wind and Solar projects.
• Sourcing, procuring, and delivering all High Voltage works up to 132kV
• Organising, monitoring and controlling operations to ensure projects are delivered within budget and according to SLAs and company procedures
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners on project development and to maintain positive relationships
• Being the first point of contact for clients on project issues
• Monitoring of monthly reports and regular updates
• Ensuring the integration of new projects into current works
• Maximising performance of the plant in a safety first environment

 

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Experience managing HV operations and staff
• Experience managing a P&L account
• An electrically biased background or relevant degree
• Working understanding of the management of contacts
• Previous experience as an HV SAP or engineer (desirable)
