Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Factory Manager you will:

Managing inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and goods into and out

Receive, Inspect and Record all incoming materials.

Pick and pack items for despatch against daily schedule.

Generate delivery notes using organisations ERP system.
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:
-
Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer skills, experience with Javelin ERP software and advantage.

Ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment and manage maintenance of equipment advantageous, otherwise professional training will be provided.
Personal skills:
The Stores Supervisor role would suit someone who is:

Previous experience in similar role, preferably in CNC machining or manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and track inventory.
