Responsibilities and duties

Utilise advanced 3D modelling software to develop and coordinate object-oriented models

Create 4D/5D visual simulations incorporating BIM using Synchro
-
Collaborate with project teams to perform BIM coordination and clash detections
-
Generate model-based quantity reports and incorporate actual schedule information into the models.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering (or similar), or equivalent work experience

2+ years of experience in the building or design industry.
Personal skills
The Project Planner role would suit someone who is:

Thorough understanding BIM concepts

Ability to interpret construction drawings

Expert on synchro software
-
Exposure to and preliminary experience with BIM software suites, such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley, InfraWorks, Synchro, Navisworks, Sketchup, and others.

High level of proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and BlueBeam.

Ability to add asset data to models using Revit and Excel
