Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Preconstruction Manager
you will:

Develop construction sequences and develop tender programmes using ASTA software

Present tender programmes to internal directors prior to tender submission

Collaborate with 3D BIM modeller to ensure tender programmes can be linked into BIM software and develop 3D timescales

Assist with submission documents

Provide preliminaries / resources to the estimating team

Coordinate external graphics / model detailers for inclusions within submission document and post tender presentations

Assist preconstruction lead in handovers to the operations.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

Relevant qualification (HNC/HND or degree or similar experience)
Personal skills
The Project Planner role would suit someone who is:

Previous site experience with a RC Frame contractor

Project Manager or Site Engineer background

Have the ability to prepare programmes and understand the planning process

Have a track record of successful bid/tender delivery preferred
